Product Information and Correct Use of Purchased Products

Essential information appears on the labels of most of the products that can be purchased in the store. Information on each product is also contaioned within the product page of that particular product. Queries regarding correct use can also be obtained by emailing us at info@serenitiesartstudio.co.za and it will be emailed to you.

Serenities Art Studio is not responsibile for any consequesnces or loss resulting form the use or application of our products that falls outside the recommended use or application of the products.

Limit of Liability

The limit of our liability is the value of the purchased item and Serenities Art studio is not responsible and will not compensate for consequential damage or losses that may arise through ordering and using our products. In the unlikely event that users of this website are not satisfied with any of the products purchased then our Returns Policy applies.

Health and Safety

Epoxy Resins 

The resins we supply are technical products and users must make themselves familiar with instructions prior to working with the products and must adhere to the instructions. Essential health and safety precaution instructions appear on the containers and can also be supplied by emailing a query to info@serenitiesartstudio.co.za. A hard copy containing instructions and health and safety precautions are also supplied with the purchase of each and every Resin Product available on this website.

• The health and safety instuctions include the use of PPE such as gloves and respirators

• All resin materials and pigments must be used in a well ventilated area

• If used incorrectly, there is a danger of the resins overheating

• Toxic fumes and dust are created when sanding epoxy resin materials.

• Keep out of reach of children and animals.

The purchaser agrees to read and adhere to these instructions.

Permanent Paints, Paint Medium and Additives

• Use all paints in ventilated areas.

• Avoid eye contact and excessive skin contact.

• Keep out of reach of children and animals or anyone whom might attempt to place an item in their mouths.

• Do not ingest any of the products.

Pigments, Powders, Stones and Crystals

• Use a fabric mask when handling any of the powders or pigments.

• Do not breathe the dust of any of the powder products.

• Keep out of reach of children and animals
